Today we learned about probability. We learned by doing hands-on activities like: Rock, Paper, Scissors...and...Off to the Races-a dice game. We love math centers!

Describing Chances
Today we learned about chances. We learned that many events are possible and that when an event has a good chance of happening, it is likely. We learned that if an event has a possibility of happening but probably won't happen, it is unlikely. We used spinners as examples of chance.Snow Day!!
Good Morning! We got off to a very late start today due to yesterday's "Alabama" snow. I sure do wish it would SNOW here in Alabama more than just a 1/2 inch. My kids want to build a real snowman! We will begin posting this afternoon after math and science. I can't wait...this is going to be FUN!
